Il tient son nom d\u2019un peuplier g\u00e9ant vieux de trois si\u00e8cles et sa caract\u00e9ristique premi\u00e8re est la chamelle qui, en tournant autour d\u2019un puits, fait tourner une noria qui y puise de l\u2019eau.<br \/>\nCe caf\u00e9 ne d\u00e9semplit pas, du matin jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une heure tardive du soir et il est \u00e0 tout moment plein de familles qui y viennent pour photographier leurs enfants avec la chamelle.<br \/>\nMon p\u00e8re m\u2019y avait amen\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois lorsque j\u2019avais trois ans et aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019y am\u00e8ne de temps en temps ma petite-fille Sandra qui aime tant monter sur la chamelle.<br \/>\nAinsi se succ\u00e8dent les ann\u00e9es ,se suivent les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations et\u00a0 la roue du temps continue \u00e0 tourner comme la chamelle du caf\u00e9 Safsaf autour du puits !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Le caf\u00e9 maure Safsaf ( le caf\u00e9 du peuplier) est l\u2019un des plus beaux et des plus nostalgiques caf\u00e9s de la banlieue-nord de Tunis.
